We need your input on

RF-measurement and Passive Components

In the end of May we focus on two new technical areas: RF-measurement technology and Connector/Electro mechanical/Passive Components. You are welcome to give comments, ideas on articles or complete articles.

In the RF-measurement section we will discuss several important subjects. How do we interpret the concept "third order intercept point", IP3 and how do we measure in order to avoid faulty values. And what is the best method to measure phase noise.
We will also discuss spectrum analysers and how to build a MIMO-receiver. Gunnar Lilliesköld is in charge of the RF-measurement feature. You can reach him on email: gunnar@elinor.se or phone +46 8 622 55 11.

And what is new in the world of passive components?
As usual we have quite a lot. Of course everything is getting smaller and there is a lot of discussion concerning reliability and product life. I'm responsible for the passive/electromechanical feature and you can reach me on email: gote@elinor.se or phone +46 8 715 72 19.

As usual we update the features on Radio Technology and Embedded Technology every month. Contact Gunnar Lilliesköld, gunnar@elinor.se or phone +46 8 622 55 11, if you want to participate in the radio feature, or me, gote@elinor.se or phone +46 8 715 72 19, if you want to participate in the embedded feature.

The new features will go live at May 23
